How long will it take for my order to process and ship?

Almost no time at all! Orders placed before 3 p.m. CST print right away and ship the very next business day—that's a 24-hour turnaround! Please note that this turnaround does not apply to orders placed on a weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will process Monday and ship Tuesday. For quantities over 5000, the processing time will be longer—please review our processing times for larger orders.

I want to add a logo or image to my chosen template. Is that possible?

Certainly! Many of our template designs have image upload options. However, if the template you like does not have a spot for an image upload, you’ll need to create a custom order. How do I add, move, or remove a line of text within my chosen template?

To omit a text line within your template, just leave that line blank when filling out its text fields. Adding or moving text is another story. Our templates are standardized and the process is automated, so there is no way to insert additional text or move text without paying for a custom printing order. My template has an image upload spot, but I don’t want to add an image. What happens if I don’t?

Nothing! Instead of a custom image, your template's background will appear in place of the image upload.

Can I order tickets with QR codes?

There are two ways to add QR codes. The first is to use our Design Your Own tool — stocked with QR codes, backgrounds, fonts, barcodes, and more, it has all the elements you’ll need to create your perfect design. How do I change the fonts and color scheme of your templates?

The font styles, sizes, and colors are pre-set within all of our templates. However, your wish is our command! Our design team can make any changes you’d like, and our design fees are super affordable. To get a quote, please call customer support at (888) 771-0809 or open a chat.

Can you print on the back? What information should I put there?

Absolutely! Our templates are formatted to enable you to upload an image on the back. Adding your sponsor's logo and information is always a great idea!

On what types of card stock are available?

We have a selection of paper media from which to choose! The most popular (and affordable!) is our signature 100lb cover stock. Additionally, we offer a 100% recycled 111lb cover stock, heavyweight 100lb heat-sensitive security media, souvenir-quality heavyweight coated semi-gloss, and heavyweight 100lb (11pt) UV security media. The price for each kind varies, so be sure to check the fee summary on the right side of your screen at checkout to make sure the price is on budget.
