After creating your design, we'll send you an electronic proof to review within one business day. Once you approve your sticker proof, we will print and ship your stickers. Processing time varies with sticker type.

Economy stickers: ship within three business days for orders of 10,000 or fewer. For quantities more than 10,000, add an additional business day of processing time per 10,000 stickers. The shipping time you choose is in addition to the processing time.

Vinyl, bumper, and window cling stickers: ship within three business days for orders of 1,000 or fewer. For quantities more than 1,000, add an additional business day of processing time per 500 stickers.

After your custom-printed stickers leave our facility, UPS determines delivery times. At checkout, you can choose the shipping option that best fits your needs. There's a list of UPS shipping methods on our Online Order Processing page, and here's the shipping time map for UPS Ground.

Yes! Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Should you be unsatisfied with your stickers, please contact our customer support team at (888) 771-0809 or at products@eventgroove.com. We'll issue a full refund minus the shipping fees or redo your order—it's your choice. Read more about our satisfaction guarantee.

We accept PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF, EPS, INDD, and AI files. Please ensure that all files are saved at 300 dpi (dots per inch) at 100% print size to ensure high-quality production. Please email your files to products@eventgroove.com, or you can use our Upload a File tool (found in "My Files" in the top navigation under "My Account") to upload your files to our design team.

Yes! As long as the artwork you submit is of equal size or larger than the sticker you want to print and at least 300 dpi, we will have no problem reducing the size to fit your stickers.

Yes! We don't print anything until you've approved a proof, which we will send to you via email. If you prefer, we can also mail a hard copy. Physical proofs are printed on the same media on which your stickers will be printed and will provide a better idea of how the final product will appear. However, please keep in mind that receiving a hard copy of your proof adds to the overall processing time.

The media on which we print stickers is dependent on the kind of sticker you've ordered! Below is a breakdown of the media we use by sticker type:

Economy stickers are printed on white semi-gloss, permanent adhesive media. It is thick and durable but not water resistant. These stickers are designed for indoor applications and will survive only limited outdoor use.

Vinyl and bumper stickers are printed on 4mil gloss adhesive-backed vinyl. These stickers are made for the outdoors, waterproof, and will withstand years of wear and tear.

Window cling stickers are printed on 8mil white, flexible static cling vinyl which adheres to most clean, smooth surfaces without adhesive. This static-cling decal type is neat because you can print onto a white back surface, which provides excellent contrast for your color logo and images.

Our economy, vinyl, and bumper stickers are NOT printed with UV-resistant ink.

Only our window cling stickers are printed with solvent-based, fade-resistant, UV-stable ink. Our UV-resistant ink will remain UV stable for 3–5 years.

Yes! We save all files after printing, so if you need reprints of your stickers, just let us know. There will be no need to resend the original file.

Yes! It's a great way to add an interactive element to any marketing materials! To have stickers printed with QR codes, you can design your own economy stickers, design your own vinyl stickers, or design your own bumper stickers. Stocked with QR codes, fonts, and text blocks, our easy-to-use design tool has everything you need to create stickers! You can also use it to upload a design you've already created.
