These tickets are elegant and give a real sense of professionality to out high school theatre productions. I do wish that TicketPrinting.com had more options for same design/different color since we do multiple nights and would like to have tickets that are only different enough to separate them by performance dates and times.

You placed order on Dec 5th after the 3 pm cut off so your package was not scheduled to ship until Dec 7th. We were able to get it printed that same day and shipped it one day ahead of schedule Dec 6th going UPS 2nd day air. Unfortunately, UPS then incorrectly sorted your package and once they got it straightened out they had a flight delayed. (See attached images of your shipping) Your package was finally delivered on Dec 13th. We apologize for the inconvenience the UPS shipping caused you and we will refund your shipping charges for your order 9992670. I will send you a new receipt reflecting the refund.
