We were able to get it printed that same day and shipped it one day ahead of schedule Dec 6th going UPS 2nd day air. Unfortunately, UPS then incorrectly sorted your package and once they got it straightened out they had a flight delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience the UPS shipping caused you and we will refund your shipping charges for your order 9992670. I will send you a new receipt reflecting the refund. The only thing I wish there were more color options for the Image General Admission Tickets. I ordered the blue and would have liked to order a red or something other than the options available. VIP PASSES and Game day Tickets
I am rating this a 4 because the VIP passes we thought they were laminated by the wording. The game day tickets were perfect! The only thing that kept me from rating a 5 is that I have to laminate the VIP passes before our first home game and that is alot for me to do by hand

Our wording talks about a gloss coated paper: **Thick Luxurious Quality Coated Gloss 130lb **Ultra Smooth finish, 130 Bright White Cover Stock for supreme quality tickets, invitations, postcards, posters, mailers, etc. When used on Event Badges, lanyard slots may tear.
