Fantastic Customer Service, Exceeded My Expectations - TWICE!!
Eventgroove was great to work with. I was skeptical wondering how designing and printing could be so easy at the price point they offered. They not only exceeded my expectations on my initial order but more on my second order. I called and told them I lost almost half of my order shipping to a second location, they worked with me to get my order reprinted and shipped the same day so I had it by 3pm the next day for my event that evening! Amazing company to work with!

Went to re prder a prviopus "Ticket" and had difficulties and found out it was no longer available. Replacement is larger and not as convenient for people to keep in their wallet. More expensive as well.

Part of the order was okay but more than 50% of order had image cropped. Give yourself extra room in “safe space” when doing layout.

6/27/2023Hi Steve, Sorry to hear about the outcome of the tickets. The bleed is the extra edge around your design that will get cut off when we cut your tickets (the red area). In the future please make sure your design extends to the edge of the canvas, but any text or important images remain inside the dotted line. The safety is the yellow area when you drag something to the edge of the canvas. Stuff in the yellow safety zone might get cut off too, so for best results, we recommend keeping everything inside that yellow line. We can reprint the ticket as a courtesy for free and you can just pay for the shipping fee. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you

The design platform is intuitive if you've done any online design work, and there are easily-edited templates to use if you haven't. Our Prom ticket looks great, the colors are exactly as designed and as seen on screen, and the cuts are clean. I absolutely LOVE the numbering feature that can be put on both the front and back of the tickets. We added a QR code this year that let us skip a handout with extra info, so I love that feature, and it was incredibly easy to use.

I manage a non-profit food trailer and we do presale tickets for special events fundraisers. I often order relatively last minute due to the nature of our events. I always get my tickets on time (even when I put in the wrong shipping address and have to call customer service to get it fixed).
The tickets are easy to design on the website and the print quality is flawless. I actually look forward to designing the tickets because the website is so easy to use.
Our customers always comment on the quality of our tickets. I have even added a small number of uncirculated tickets to my Eventgroove orders to give out as keep sakes for our sponsors.
