Get durable, vinyl wristbands custom printed for your event! Vinyl wristbands enable a cleaner print of your text and image—they'll look great and be easy to spot by event staff. Use your vinyl wristbands for easy guest identification, age verification, or as VIP/backstage passes.
We offer two types of vinyl wristbands:
- VinylTough®: waterproof, very durable, good for multiday events
- VinylGo®: durable, good for 1-day use
Please note, black images only. Color or grayscale images will not print. To ensure clarity, make sure your black image is crisp with clean lines (high resolution). All text is black. We can send a printed proof upon request.
Our vinyl wristbands are made of durable polypropylene and printed with our high-speed thermal printer in black ink only. Grayscale images or text will not print.

What Features?
Vinyl wristbands are printed in black ink (not grayscale) with thermal printers. Generally, they have better clarity, more distinct printing, and higher resolution than Tyvek® wristbands printed with inkjet printers.
Wristbands – both Vinyl and Tyvek® – are very secure, as they are tamper-evident, non-transferrable and durable.
The minimum order is 100 Wristbands. Of course, the price per Wristband decreases as the order gets larger.
These are either sent to the customer on a roll or in a fan folded stack (depending on order size). They are long strips of bands with perforations between each wb (end to end), not in sheets.
The band is 10" maximum length with an approximately 1" tab where the adhesive is. This allows the wristband to be attached around any wrist size from the tiniest wrist up to a 9" maximum diameter.
Durability and Material
Vinyl wristbands are completely waterproof and can last several days. Like Tyvek®, they are also tamper evident and non-transferrable which prevents ticket fraud.

Wristbands enable quick verification of your paying patrons and are non-transferable and tamper-evident. Because they allow for quick visual verification, having your ticket-buyers wear wristbands enables faster checkpoint and transaction speeds.
Once you put on a wristband, whether Tyvek® or vinyl, it is difficult to take off and transfer to another person. In addition, because your specific text and logo are on the wristband, it is harder to copy. All of our wristbands are tamper-evident, non-transferable, and help you reduce ticket fraud.
