We purchased several batches of tickets for an event series this winter. One of the deliveries was automatically returned by the local post office because they apparently don't deliver to anything without a PO Box. Eventgroove was not only quick to refund us for that order but also said to contact them for future orders in this area to make sure the product was delivered. That was a really refreshing response! Will always recommend them and look forward to working with them again soon!

The ticket quality and accuracy is perfect! The only thing difficult is most pens don’t work on the red part of the ticket where people fill in their information. They were also delivered 3 days late, so keep that in mind when ordering. That was a shipping issue.

Big impact for a small Non-Profit
This was my first order but I will order again! The site is easy to navigate with eye-catching templates that can be customized. The full-color print quality is amazing at this price point. I wasn't sure if our little non-profit could afford something so nice but the low order minimums and non-profit discount worked out perfect for us. Thanks for making this happen!
