Immediately after pushing the "button"
Immediately after pushing the "button" to send the order, I noticed a typo. Tried to contact customer service by phone but they are closed on the weekend. I also sent an Email. Great news on Monday morning, I received a call and was able to make the correction and process the order timely. Pleased with the product and the way it was packaged in groups by number.

Great service all around!
We purchased several batches of tickets for an event series this winter. One of the deliveries was automatically returned by the local post office because they apparently don't deliver to anything without a PO Box. Eventgroove was not only quick to refund us for that order but also said to contact them for future orders in this area to make sure the product was delivered. That was a really refreshing response! Will always recommend them and look forward to working with them again soon!

Everything about my order was great. I used the customer service chat feature prior to placing my order and it was very quick and helpful. The gal who helped me even tried something with the invites I ordered to see if it worked, which it did, and she sent me instructions on how to do it! I used the mailing feature to have the postcards invites printed, addressed and mailed. So convenient and a great price. I had extra copies made and sent to me. They arrived several days before I was supposed to receive them and they were perfect. Wonderful quality. I will be sure to use Eventgroove in the future!

We used your company to make these tickets twice for a fundraiser that we did two times for our senior party fundraiser! The tickets were really easy to make online and you could see your edits right away. There were no surprises. We got the tickets very quickly and they were perfect for what we needed and good quality-not flimsy/thin paper. We didn’t have a lot of money to spend on tickets, but definitely needed them so the budget black-and-white was perfect for us! Thank you.

Sure we had to do work on the back end as far as gathering addresses but once we submitted it to EventGroove, they took care of the printing and delivery. The card was beautifully printed and on a thick card stock. Well made- will be ordering again.

Better than my "Friend's Discount"
I was going local to a "friend". As a graphic artist, I like to know my printers. But I needed tickets fast, and my friend takes forever to turn stuff around. Anyway, I took a chance and can't be happier. The price was very similar to my "friend's" discount. And the turn around was fast. The quality is identical to what I was ordering. I like the one side of the ticket to be business card size. That way the stub they keep has my info on it. So being able to put the perforation where I wanted was perfect. I will definitely order again!

The whole process was so easy, but the icing on the cake was the phone call I received less than 24 hours after placing my order ... they caught a mistake I made in the date of our event and they reached out to me to confirm before printing. You don't get this level of service much these days!
