The whole process was so easy, but the icing on the cake was the phone call I received less than 24 hours after placing my order ... they caught a mistake I made in the date of our event and they reached out to me to confirm before printing. You don't get this level of service much these days!

I am so very pleased with the customer service and care provided with my recent order. My order arrived with shipping container and many tickets damaged. When I notified customer service with pictures, no questions were asked but a sincere apology offered. All of the tickets were immediately reprinted and shipped to me by air. This is the 2nd year we have used ticketprinting.com and love it. We love that as a non-profit we do get a discount and the quality and efficiency of the product is great. The only thing I would wish is that they had more paper colors to choose from and some lower pound paper (we don't need them super thick.) We plan on using them for years to come.
