Immediately after pushing the "button"
Immediately after pushing the "button" to send the order, I noticed a typo. Tried to contact customer service by phone but they are closed on the weekend. I also sent an Email. Great news on Monday morning, I received a call and was able to make the correction and process the order timely. Pleased with the product and the way it was packaged in groups by number.

Better than my "Friend's Discount"
I was going local to a "friend". As a graphic artist, I like to know my printers. But I needed tickets fast, and my friend takes forever to turn stuff around. Anyway, I took a chance and can't be happier. The price was very similar to my "friend's" discount. And the turn around was fast. The quality is identical to what I was ordering. I like the one side of the ticket to be business card size. That way the stub they keep has my info on it. So being able to put the perforation where I wanted was perfect. I will definitely order again!

They not only exceeded my expectations on my initial order but more on my second order. Wonderful resource
I left a raffle ticket in drafts (for free) for months which was helpful as I researched the event. The design process was easy and intuitive. Once ordered there was a mistake on the cutting but customer service was friendly and helpful and immediately reprinted and sent a new batch. I will definitely use this company again.

Liked the old Style Better
Went to re prder a prviopus "Ticket" and had difficulties and found out it was no longer available. Replacement is larger and not as convenient for people to keep in their wallet. More expensive as well.

Part of the order was okay but more than 50% of order had image cropped. Give yourself extra room in “safe space” when doing layout.

6/27/2023Hi Steve, Sorry to hear about the outcome of the tickets. The bleed is the extra edge around your design that will get cut off when we cut your tickets (the red area). In the future please make sure your design extends to the edge of the canvas, but any text or important images remain inside the dotted line. The safety is the yellow area when you drag something to the edge of the canvas. Stuff in the yellow safety zone might get cut off too, so for best results, we recommend keeping everything inside that yellow line. We can reprint the ticket as a courtesy for free and you can just pay for the shipping fee. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you

Cardstock Conference Badges
What great looking badges. We ordered design your own with our logs and conference graphics and printed on Card Stock since they only needed to last a couple days. Great quality, and colors. Designing was fairly straight forward but took a few iterations to get exactly what we wanted. You choose the material at the end which effects the price so while we were designing them the program shoed a higher price than what we ended up choosing for material (card stock).

Nearly effortless
This was effortless! I was able to easily upload our design, and import names (I do wish I could have done more to format our "Volunteer" badges differently without having to buy another set- and to add some blank badges on without having to buy a minimum of 50 but otherwise, I'm blown away!). Turnaround time was AMAZING! I was able to wait until the week before the event to import names and order- they came in plenty of time and the cost was SO reasonable both in general and also for the shipping- even with expediting. Super pleased and will definitely use again!

Our tickets arrived a couple days late but not Eventgroove’s fault. They actually were superior to what I had hoped for. A huge improvement from what we had ordered from others in previous years.
