TicketPrinting.com' printing division is a digital printing
service. We specialize in variable data printing. Print jobs
that require variable data printing include numbered raffle
tickets and reserved seating tickets. We would be happy to
provide a quote based on your job specifications. Please use
the specifications below as you prepare your files for printing.
Once you have prepared your files you can use TicketPrinting.com's

account or using the
ftp site to send the files to TicketPrinting.com.

Print/Image Area:
-
PrintersBench: Under File>Page Layout choose your configuration
based on 8.5”x11” paper size. Leave Page Margins set at “0”. The ticket size will
be displayed at the bottom of your page layout tab under Properties. Under
Printer>Margin Layout set all your Printer Margins to 0.17,” you should see an
even blue outline on your workspace, all images and information need to be within
this blue box; anything outside the blue outline will not print.
-
All other programs and image files: Our standard configurations
are based on an equally divided sheet of 8.5”x11” paper
(recommended
ticket sizes). Once you have decided on
how many tickets per page and have your dimensions, you will need to subtract 0.17”
from each side of the ticket to allow for our printer margins. This would be 0.34”
subtracted from the length and again from the width. If you have any questions,
please don't hesitate to call us 888.771.0809.
-
Bleeds and non-standard sizes: We can setup files at any size
and shape, and with or without a color bleed; however, this may affect the price.
If you have some flexibility on the size of your final product, please call ahead
for measurements so we can give you the best price possible. To design your own ticket
with a full color bleed, the designer must take care to follow these instructions.
The full color must extend beyond the trim size by .2” on all sides. The text
and ticket information must be within the trim size by .2”.
Please send us a file with the stub line and number position to show placement and another
file without the stub line and number for printing. Recommended file types are TIFF, JPEG,
AI (Illustrator), or PSD (Photoshop) with a high resolution (300 dpi). You may also want to
let us know what fonts you are using.
Normal processing time is 3 business days from the day you give your final approval to print.
We send you back a snapshot of your ticket for your approval, just to be sure that nothing
has shifted or changed in transmission. Shipping time is in addition to the 3 day processing
time and varies based on the shipping method chosen. You can choose your shipping options from
UPS Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day or Next Day Air.
If your order is cancelled after we send you a proof you will be billed a minimum of $50.00.
