I am a freelance graphic designer who uses Adobe Creative Suite. I have used several ticket and door hanger websites and your support staff is BY FAR the best I have come across!

I spoke with Linda and Tammy, and both times I was impressed with not only their courtesy and cheerfulness, but also their knowledge of the printing process.

I can't tell you how many times I have been put on hold so a customer service rep could transfer me to their art department, only to get a voice mail message at the very end and have to leave a message and wait for a call-back.

Unlike those frustrating experiences, your customer service representatives were able to answer ALL of my questions concerning things such as dpi, RGB vs CMYK, file types accepted, and many other questions.

Since I create my own designs independently, it's very refreshing to come across a customer service representative who really knows her stuff. I didn't have to wait on hold AT ALL; response time on your toll-free number was immediate. Again, I am VERY impressed.

I just wanted to write and let you know how impressed I was with your customer service. I actually called three times and I received exceptional service each time.

1) To ask general questions about how to get tickets printed as invitations for my upcoming wedding.

2) To ask about uploading specs for the tickets for the design your own function.

3) When I received my original ticket order, the perforation was not where it should have been on two of the three sets of tickets. I called customer service and IMMEDIATELY the representative offered to fix the problem, and overnight a reprint of my order. And it indeed arrived when she said it would.

I will definitely use your company in the future for ticket printing; the service was just wonderful!
