Our Ticket Printing Services Offer:

The first 30 minutes of ticket design by our graphic art department is free, provided the order is placed. You will be billed, minimum $50, for design time if the order is cancelled before it goes to print. Once we have your design complete, we will email or fax a copy for your approval. Your tickets will be shipped to you as soon as possible, depending on your design and paper selection.

We are design experts, so we can get a lot done in 30 minutes. With simple to moderate complexity, we can finish the job in 30 minutes. If, at the end of the 30 minutes, we're not finished, we will send you the project file so that you can finish the work, or you can have us finish it at the prorated price of $50 per hour. If you decide to do the work and send us the finished project, you can download the software and work with it in evaluation mode.

Images, Logos, and Full Color Backgrounds

You will need to send us any logos as an email attachment. These prices are for tickets with text and a logo. Fill areas, or large areas of ink coverage are priced on a per ticket basis. Call or email us if you need a quote for tickets with a full image background or margins that require perfing or cutting.

Papers Options

Prices include white and standard colors. We also have specialty and security papers available. Security paper helps prevent counterfeiting by using heat sensitive inks. Specialty or security paper, colors, or perforations will increase your paper costs. Call us for a quote.

If we use our standard in-house papers, we'll print and ship your tickets within 3 business days after you approve the final proof. We also have 24 hour turn around for RUSH orders.

Stub Lines and Margins

The price includes one stub line. Multiple stub lines or tickets that require us to trim margins (for example, full color backgrounds) will be charged an additional fee.

Prices listed are based on a 2.13" x 5.5" ticket and include one stub line. Larger or smaller tickets may may have different prices. Tickets that require us to trim margins (for example, full color backgrounds) will be charged 25% more. Call for a quote if your requirements do not fit within these parameters.

Coupon and Ticket Books

We charge 10 cents per book of tickets with a $15.00 minimum on stapled coupon or ticket book jobs.

2 Sided (Duplex) Printing

There is an additional fee for duplex printing. Please call for a quote.

Reserved Seating

If we are printing reserved seating tickets for you, there will be a one-time $50.00 fee for defining your venue in our software. Additional printing orders using the same venue will not incur this set-up fee. This fee can be avoided if you use our TicketBench Pro software to define your own venue and send the file to us. We will then save your venue file in our system for future use.
